Amy Williams MBE,

Olympic Champion

Amy won Britain's first solo Winter Olympic gold medal for 30 years with victory in the women's skeleton in 2010. Passionate about the sport Amy wanted to continue working in her specialist field post retirement (2012) and in 2013 BBC2 announced Amy as co-presenter on the 35th series of Ski Sunday.

Amy is also a Team GB Ambassador, she is a commentator with BBC Sport, Has presented the Gadget show and today runs a Personal Training and coaching Business and continues to be passionate about Sport, Health, Fitness and Wellness.

Later this year Amy will release her new book, titled: Talent to Triumph – How to turn potential into performance. 


Jason Gardener MBE

Olympic Champion, President UK Athletics, Coach

Jason Gardener

Jason was part of one of the all time greatest Olympic achievements, he was part of the legendary British 4 × 100m relay team that overcame the United States at the 2004 Summer Olympics where he won a gold medal against the odds. Today Jason is the president of UK Athletics, he works as a consultant and motivational speaker, speed performance coach and Personal Trainer. As a coach he works for his own brand and in partnership with Team Baths ‘Iconic Trainer’ programme. Jason specialises in developing and improving professional and upcoming athletes as well as taking on private Personal Training Clients. Below are some of Jason’s achievements as an GB athlete…

  • Olympic Champion Athens 2004
  • At 60m he is a FOUR times European Indoor Champion
  • He gained World Indoor 60m honours in 2004
  • He was AAA 100m champion on FOUR occasions
  • Became the second British sprinter to break the ten second barrier
  • Reached the final of the 100m at the 1999 World Championships

Nick Fenton Wells

Nick Fenton-Wells is Team Manager at Bristol Bears Rugby, he retired as a player with Bristol Bears in 2019. Cape Town born , He represented Stormers, Bedford Blues, Saracens and Bristol during his playing career. Nick received the Premiership Community Player of the Year award following the 2018/19 campaign for his outstanding contribution to the club's charity programs. Nick is also a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and owns the Torque Gym based in central Bristol, the gym focusses on group-based training and building healthier & stronger communities .


Kim Murray

Professional Skeleton Athlete, Personal Trainer and Coach

Kim Murray

Kim is a former professional GB skeleton athlete. Prior to skeleton, Kim competed internationally in Athletics, where she earned her first Great Britain vest (in 2010). She then got her first GB vest for skeleton in 2016 and competed on the World Cup circuit; the highest level achievable in the sport. Kim has a strong background in sport science, with a sports science degree from Bath and a Physiology Masters from Loughborough. Prior to her skeleton career Kim was working as an exercise physiologist at the Scotland Institute of Sport. Today Kim runs her own Personal Training and coaching business.
